Project: Hideous, long skirt from a thrift shop needed some updating.

A little expensive for thrift, but the waist was perfect... and I hate making waistbands.
I got this far... but it seemed a little boring.
So, I added a cute piece of ribbon around the bottom!
Way cuter!
