Tonight I taught my first two ballet classes. The classes are held at a gymnastics center, with dance studios on the second floor. It is an amazing facility.
From the observation deck, you can watch all of the kids down below. Watching the high school boys practice was like watching the Olympics. Crazy!
After my classes, I felt a surge of energy that I haven't felt for quite awhile.
I love dance!
Dance is a part of someone's soul. I imagine that musicians and artists feel the same way. It's not like a sport or a game. It's in your heart. It's a part of you.
