Having Martin Luther King Day off was fabulous.
My mom was kind enough to drive down to the valley and take me out for the day.
We hit a few stores in Scottsdale, ate a delicious lunch at Arcadia Farm Cafe (I have been dying to try this restaurant for months), and grabbed ice cream at a mom-and-pop shop.
If you're ever in the area, don't mind spending some money, and are looking for a delicious salad and/or sandwich (choose both), I highly recommend the Arcadia Cafe.
