Our family from Washington dropped by this week and coaxed us into spending a day by the pool. Aside from the ridiculously painful sunburn I earned on my back (in 45 minutes?!), it was a great introduction to summer. The weather was warm, but not unbearable, and the water was jusssst warm enough for the kids to swim.
And Miss Clara looked like a regular bathing beauty.
